Leverans & frakt

Vi producerar och trycker våra plagg efter beställning. Vi har alltså inte färdigtryckta exemplar av alla motiv liggande på lager. Därför består leveranstiden normalt av både produktionstid och transporttid.

Leveranstiden beror på produkt och leveranssätt. Kontakta kundservice om du behöver besked om en specifik beställning.

Fraktkostnad

Fraktkostnaden visas i kassan innan du beställer.

Spårning

När spårning finns tillgänglig skickas informationen till den e-postadress som användes vid beställningen. Vissa mindre försändelser kan skickas med en tjänst där fullständig spårning inte erbjuds.

Flera paket

Om en beställning innehåller produkter som produceras på olika platser kan leveransen delas upp i flera paket. Du betalar aldrig en extra avgift i efterhand utan den fraktkostnad som visas och godkänns i kassan gäller för beställningen.

Försening eller saknad leverans

Om din beställning inte har kommit fram inom den leveranstid du fått, kontakta oss via Kontakta oss. Ange gärna ordernummer så kan vi undersöka leveransen.

Internationella leveranser: Leveranstiden varierar beroende på destination, tullhantering och transportör och kan därför vara längre än den normala transporttid som anges ovan. Eventuella importavgifter som inte tas ut i kassan kan debiteras av mottagarland eller transportör.

Delivery & Shipping

We ship worldwide to destinations available in our checkout. Our garments are printed after the order is placed, so delivery time normally consists of both production time and transport time.

Shipping cost

Sweden: SEK 49, free shipping from SEK 699. Other destinations: SEK 99, free shipping from SEK 699. The final shipping amount is shown in checkout before payment.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the product, destination and shipping service. Contact customer service if you need information about a specific order.

International delivery times vary by destination, customs processing and carrier and can therefore be longer than domestic Swedish deliveries. Any estimate shown in checkout or in your order information is the best estimate for that shipment.

Customs and import charges

For deliveries outside the country or customs area from which the parcel is shipped, import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees or similar charges may be imposed by the destination country or carrier. If such charges are not collected in our checkout, they may be collected from the recipient on import.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send the tracking information to the email address used for the order. Some smaller delivery services may not provide full end-to-end tracking.

Multiple parcels

Products may be produced or shipped from different locations. An order can therefore arrive in more than one parcel. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee after purchase; the shipping amount accepted in checkout applies to the order.

Delay or missing delivery

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us via Contact us and include your order number so we can investigate the shipment.
