Dessa villkor gäller när du som kund handlar på Tshirtkompaniet.

Priser visas i svenska kronor. För konsumenter visas priser inklusive moms om inget annat uttryckligen anges. Eventuell frakt och andra kostnader visas i kassan innan du slutför köpet.

3. Beställning och avtal

Du kontrollerar orderns innehåll och totalpris innan beställningen skickas. När vi har tagit emot beställningen skickas en orderbekräftelse till den e-postadress du angett. Vi kan kontakta dig om en beställning inte kan genomföras, till exempel vid uppenbart prisfel, tekniskt fel eller om en produkt inte längre kan levereras.

4. Betalning

5. Produktion och leverans

Våra kläder med tryck produceras normalt efter beställning. Produktionen och logistiken kan skötas av utvalda samarbetspartner, men Tshirtkompaniet är din avtalspart och ansvarar för kundservice, returer, reklamationer och återbetalningar.

Leveranstiden beror på produkt och leveranssätt. Kontakta kundservice om du behöver besked om en specifik beställning.

6. Ångerrätt

Konsumenter har normalt 14 dagars ångerrätt vid distansköp av vårt vanliga sortiment. Våra produkter trycks normalt efter beställning, men produktion på begäran tar inte i sig bort ångerrätten när kunden väljer ett färdigt motiv eller andra standardalternativ. Undantag kan gälla produkter som fått en tydlig personlig prägel, till exempel kundens eget foto, namn eller unika specialdesign. 7. Reklamation

Om en vara är felaktig har konsumenten rätt att reklamera enligt tvingande svensk konsumentlagstiftning. Kontakta oss och ange ordernummer samt beskriv felet. Bifoga gärna foto om det underlättar bedömningen.

8. Tvist

Vi försöker alltid lösa problem direkt med kunden. Om vi inte kommer överens kan en konsument vända sig till Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). Vi följer svensk lag och deltar i tillämplig tvistlösning enligt gällande regler.

These terms apply when you purchase products from Tshirtkompaniet. Tshirtkompaniet is based in Sweden and sells to customers worldwide to destinations available in our checkout.

2. Prices, taxes and charges

Prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK). The product price, shipping charge and any taxes collected by us are shown before you place the order. For international deliveries, customs duties, import VAT, brokerage or other destination-country charges may apply if they are not collected in our checkout. Such charges are determined by the destination country and/or carrier.

3. Order and contract

You can review the products, delivery details and total price before placing the order. Once we receive the order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided at checkout. We may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled, for example because of an obvious pricing error, technical error, unavailable destination or a product that can no longer be supplied.

5. Production and worldwide delivery

We stock t-shirts without a printed design. When you place an order, the correct t-shirt is selected and your chosen design is printed after the order has been placed. Production and logistics may be carried out together with selected partners, but Tshirtkompaniet is your contracting seller and is responsible for customer service, returns, complaints and refunds.

We ship worldwide to destinations available in checkout. Production and shipping times vary by product, destination and carrier.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For standard designs and standard options, the fact that the design is printed after the order is placed does not by itself remove that right. The withdrawal period normally starts on the day after you receive the goods.

Goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you — for example with your own photo, name or unique custom design — may be exempt from the right of withdrawal. Customers outside the EU may have different or additional mandatory rights under the law applicable to them. Our policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Faulty or damaged products

If a product is faulty, damaged or does not match your order, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos are helpful where relevant. Mandatory consumer rights applicable to you are not limited by these terms.

8. Governing law and disputes

The agreement is governed by Swedish law. This does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection that cannot be waived under the law that applies to that consumer. We first try to resolve complaints directly with the customer. Swedish consumers may also refer eligible disputes to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Customers in other countries may use any competent authority or dispute-resolution body available to them under applicable law.
