Vilka uppgifter behandlas?

Vi kan behandla namn, kontaktuppgifter, leverans- och faktureringsuppgifter, orderinformation, kommunikation med kundservice samt tekniska uppgifter som behövs för webbplatsens säkerhet och funktion.

Varför behandlar vi uppgifterna?

Uppgifter behandlas bland annat för att fullgöra köpeavtal, leverera beställningar, hantera betalning, returer, ångerrätt och reklamationer, uppfylla bokförings- och andra rättsliga skyldigheter samt skydda webbplatsen mot missbruk.

Mottagare och leverantörer

Vi kan dela de uppgifter som är nödvändiga med exempelvis betalningsleverantörer, produktions- och logistikpartners, transportörer, IT- och driftleverantörer samt myndigheter när vi är skyldiga att göra det. Leverantörer får bara tillgång till de uppgifter som behövs för deras uppdrag.

Lagring

Personuppgifter sparas inte längre än vad som behövs för respektive ändamål. Vissa uppgifter måste sparas längre för att uppfylla exempelvis bokföringsregler eller för att hantera rättsliga anspråk.

What data do we process?

We may process your name, contact details, billing and delivery information, order details, customer-service communications, payment-related transaction references and technical information required for the security and operation of the website.

Why do we process the data?

We process data in order to enter into and perform purchase contracts, process and deliver orders, handle payments, returns, withdrawals, refunds and complaints, comply with accounting and other legal obligations, and protect the website and our customers against misuse.

Recipients and service providers

We may share the information necessary to perform the order with payment providers, production and logistics partners, carriers, IT and hosting providers and authorities where required by law. Providers receive only the information reasonably required for their role.

International processing and transfers

Because we sell and deliver internationally, service providers or processing may in some cases involve countries outside Sweden or the EU/EEA. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use an applicable legal transfer mechanism and the protections required for that transfer.

Retention

Personal data is not retained longer than necessary for the relevant purpose. Certain information must be retained for longer periods to comply with accounting rules, legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
